Information on this website is for general education only. It does not replace an individual assessment by a qualified practitioner (see our Medical Disclaimer).

This website is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

• Please provide accurate and complete information.
• An in-clinic booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email.
• A home visit request is not a confirmed appointment until we contact you and confirm it.
• Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows are governed by our Booking Policy.
• If you book on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have their consent or are their parent or legal guardian.
• We may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment in exceptional circumstances (for example, practitioner illness). We will contact you as soon as possible.

Your confirmation email contains a private link to manage your appointment. Anyone with this link can change or cancel your appointment, so please do not share it.

Fees shown on this website are subject to change. Payment is made at the clinic. We do not guarantee coverage under any extended health benefits plan; please check with your insurer. Direct billing and ICBC billing are not currently available.

You agree not to make false or bad-faith bookings, interfere with the website's security or operation, or use automated tools to access or copy the website.

Website content, including text, images and design, belongs to PulsePoint or its licensors. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy or republish it without our permission.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of external websites we link to.
