Booking Policy

In-clinic appointments can be booked online and are confirmed immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and a private link to manage your booking. No account is needed.

Online bookings can be made from 24 hours up to 60 days in advance. Available times are shown in our booking system. For an appointment sooner than 24 hours, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Choose "Initial" if this is your first visit for that type of service, and "Subsequent" if you are returning. If you are unsure, choose the option you think is closest. We will adjust it at the clinic if needed.

We send a reminder email about 24 hours before your appointment.

• More than 24 hours before your appointment: use the link in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule online.
• Less than 24 hours before: online changes are no longer available. Please contact us by phone or WhatsApp at 236-889-6812 or by email.

If you cannot attend, please let us know as early as possible so the time can be offered to another patient.

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened so that the next patient is not delayed.

Payment is made at the clinic. We currently accept cash, credit cards and debit cards. We do not take online payments or deposits. Direct billing to insurers is coming soon.

Home visits are by request, not instant booking. After you submit a request, we will contact you to discuss location, travel and availability.

Your home visit is only confirmed after we agree on the actual date and time with you.

Home visit fees shown on our website are reference prices. To cancel or change a home visit, please contact us.

In exceptional circumstances (for example, practitioner illness), we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We will contact you as soon as possible.
